With a 30 year background as a qualified valuer, and experience running a listed company Trust, Nigel has worked in senior positions across the property funds management and property development industries, including both rural and urban property projects.
Originally from a farm outside of Geelong in Victoria, Nigel also has a long history in agriculture and biodiversity conservation, that has seen him become a leading figure in the Australian regenerative agriculture industry.
Nigel is the co-owner of Mt. Rothwell Interpretation and Biodiversity Centre and Founder and Chairman of Odonata Foundation.

Deborah is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Managing Director, Advisor and Consultant with over twenty-six year of Board and C-level experience across the public and commercial sectors internationally. She has supported boards, CEOs and executive team of major private and public corporations with strategy development, business transformation, managing leadership succession and organisational culture. She has particular experience in financial services, energy, resources, industrials, infrastructure, construction, property and regulated utilities.
Deborah is also a Non-Executive Director, Committee Char and Committee Member for IFM Investors ad Members Equity (ME) Bank.
Her earlier career included advisory, consulting and policy positions for State and Federal Governments.
In 1991 Deborah was awarded a Harkness Fellowship and earned a Master degree from Harvard University, winning the Littauer Award for academic excellence and leadership.

Alexandra (Sandy) is a non-executive director and advisor to boards, committees, senior executives and leadership teams. During her 25+ year career with a Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu she provided financial statement audit services, risk management and governance advice to clients in the government, agriculture, energy and mining sectors.
She brings a pragmatic perspective and deep appreciation of the political environment in which government policies and programs are implemented and delivered.
She is a Graduate of the AICD and Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
Sandy is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance & Risk Committee for Anglicare NSW South, NSW West and ACT and Independent Audit & Risk Committee Member for ACT Government’s Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS) Directorate.

Harry has been involved in agricultural production and property investing for 25 years, including grazing farmland in Southwest Victoria involving lamb and beef production, along with forestry operation, to indigenous grassland management.
Harry’s knowledge of soil science, plant biology and animal breeding has enabled him to successfully establish a soil amelioration program enhancing sustainability and productivity of farmland.

Rich is a conservation finance leader with a background in financial markets, nature and climate, business, science and community development.
The Founding Principal of 7030 Capital, Rich was the Australia Country Director and Senior Director, Conservation Finance for The Nature Conservancy, the world’s largest environmental organisation.
Prior to that, he led social enterprise development in Timor-Leste and was the CEO of Earthwatch Australia. Rich grew up in a Darling Downs farming family and spent 13 years in business and finance before making the switch to a purpose-driven career.

Matt is a co-founder and investor in Tiverton and has been involved in water trading and water related agribusinesses for over 22 years.
Matt was Managing Director and Shareholder of a joint venture company with a major Australian Securities Exchange listed agribusiness company. He was also chairman of the Australian Water Brokers Association for 2 years. Matt has professional board experience, high level business management, legal and restructuring skills.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Water Association, Law Institute of Victoria and Victorian Farmers Federation.

As an accomplished Chartered Accountant, Steve possesses a wealth of experience spanning diverse industries. Adept in navigating complex financial terrains, he specialises in Animal Health within agriculturally based entities, with a notable presence in both Australian and New Zealand operations. His proficiency extends to Artificial Breeding and related technologies, showcasing a nuanced understanding of the financial intricacies in Viticulture and Wineries.
Outside the agricultural sector, Steve’s expertise encompasses construction, tertiary education, local government, and outsourced CFO consulting services.

From a beginning working in urban design, Matt has built on this project-based understanding to include extensive experience working on conservation financing models, landscape restoration and biodiversity enhancement. Matt also holds positions with not-for-profit impact partner Odonata Foundation and Dragonfly Enviro Capital.
